answers bible curriculum (ABC)

For Adults:

Answers Bible Curriculum (ABC) goes beyond simple Bible stories to help adults engage deeply with Scripture, apologetics, and the evidence for faith. Connecting Old Testament history and biblical truth directly to the gospel of Jesus Christ, ABC equips adults to understand what they believe, why they believe it, and how the story of Scripture points to Jesus. Whether you are growing in your own faith, seeking answers to life’s difficult questions, or wanting to be better equipped for conversations about your faith with others, ABC provides a powerful tool for building a confident, Christ-centered faith.

For Parents:
For parents, ABC offers an added opportunity to bring faith conversations beyond the classroom and into everyday life. By learning the same biblical truths and apologetic foundations their children are exploring, adults are better equipped to answer questions, navigate challenging conversations, and help their children see how the Bible fits together as one story pointing to Christ. ABC helps families grow in faith together—not simply learn about faith separately.

This study will be led by Josh and Megan Keener and Michael and LaDona Teague in Classroom #201.

We are UNASHAMED, CHRIST-CENTERED PEOPLE, WHO LIVE BY FAITH IN PURSUIT OF DEEPLY TRANSFORMING LIVES THROUGH JESUS FOR THE SAKE OF THE WORLD.

Romans 1:16  For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes; first to the Jew and then to the Gentile.

This group gathers weekly on Sunday mornings during the Sunday school time 9:45-10:30 at CrossRoads Community Church. In class we learn together and encourage one another in our faith journey. A few times a year, we gather to share social connections and have fun together. Our group is an eclectic group of young couples, singles, and parents who value learning and community as we follow Christ.

THE book of acts

The book of Acts is an incredible display of the Holy Spirit's power, work, and ministry through the life of the early church. Join us as we seek fresh eyes and a fresh heart to see how we too can live like the early disciples to spread the Gospel like a mustard seed in today's world.

Class led by Pastor Paul Braschler in the Chapel.

The Ascent

EXPERIENCING GOD by Henry T. Blackaby, Richard Blackaby, Mike Blackaby, Claude V. King

What if the way you experience God could be completely transformed?

In this study, Experiencing God: Knowing and Doing the Will of God, we’ll dig into what it really means to know and follow God’s will:

  • How God pursues a loving relationship with you — and what it means to respond to His invitation
  • Learning to recognize when God is speaking — through Scripture, prayer, circumstances, and the church
  • Finding where God is already at work — and what it looks like to join Him there
  • The “crisis of belief” — the moment every believer faces where following God requires real faith and real adjustment
  • Living obediently in your daily life — letting your relationship with God shape every decision, not just Sunday mornings

If you’ve ever wondered how to move from believing in God to genuinely experiencing Him, this study will meet you there.

Led by Joe & Tara McKinney in Room 203.
